Prospect Park Brownstone Renovation

We are working closely with the architect and the owner to renovate this historic brownstone which includes demolition, abatement, excavation, horizontal and vertical extension, and structural steel moment frame to create an enlarged wall opening. The project includes a new elevator in the center of the floor plate and careful protection, removal, and reinstallation of historic details such as chimney mantel, decorative arched openings, trims, and wooden details.
