Clinton Hill Brownstone Renovation

This gut renovation of a historic brownstone in Brooklyn was executed in close collaboration with our architecture and structural engineering team. The scope of work includes total gut renovation of the 4 story townhouse. Previously, our construction team worked closely to stabilize the structure by installing the shoring posts, reinforcing the existing structural members such as wood joists, and installing steel angle ledgers and bent plates to provide lateral stability. The current phase of this project includes interior renovation, including installation of new walls, new OER approved sound-proof windows, full central HVAC system, upgrading the electrical and plumbing services, and a new curved staircase.
