Bed-stuy Brownstone Renovation

This gut renovation of a historic brownstone in Brooklyn was executed in close collaboration with our in-house architecture and structural engineering team. This project was designed by our in-house architects. The construction and permitting of this project was planned strategically in advance so that there was no time lost between the design, permitting and construction. The central staircase with curved railing is filled with natural light from skylights above.
